Keto Garlic Lemon Halibut

Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp butter, divided
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 4-oz / 115-g halibut fillets
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb / 455 g asparagus
- 3 Tbsp garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Juice of ½ lemon
Directions:

In a skillet over medium heat, melt half of butter with olive oil.

Add halibut fillets and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden on both sides and done to taste inside; transfer to a plate.

To the same pan add asparagus, add salt and pepper to taste, and cook until stalks are tender. Add garlic, red pepper flakes, remainder of butter, and juice of half a lemon. Remove from heat.
