Coconut Lemon Macadamia Nut Fat Bomb

Per serving: 0 calories, 0 g protein, 0 g carbohydrates, 0 g fat

Ingredients

Coconut Oil - ¼ cup - at room temperature

Coconut Butter (aka Manna)  - 1 cup - at room temperature

1-2 lemons

Macadamia Nuts - 10-12 nuts

Directions:

  1. Mix together coconut oil and coconut butter.
  2. Add the zest of 1-2 lemons and a splash of lemon juice.
  3. Put mixture into spouted cup.
  4. Pour mixture equally into 6 molds.
  5. Chop macadamia nuts.  Place chopped macadamia nuts on top of mixture.
  6. Place molds in freezer for 30 mins to 1 hour.
  7. Remove from molds.  Store in refrigerator in an airtight container.

This is a fat bomb with coconut butter, coconut oil, lemons, and macadamia nuts.  If the coconut butter doesn’t add enough sweetness for your taste, then add 1-2 tablespoons of a sweetener of your choice!
