Keto Churros – How to Make Low Carb Churros!

Per serving: 370 calories, 20 g protein, 0 g carbohydrates, 32 g fat

Ingredients

Pork Rinds (unflavored) - 1 cup

Butter - 2 tablespoons

Erythritol - 2 tablespoons (granulated)

Cinnamon - 1 tablespoon

Directions:

1.  Melt down butter.  In a ziplock bag, mix together pork rinds, butter, and cinnamon.  Make sure everything is incorporated.

2. Serve with keto-friendly vanilla ice cream or melted keto-friendly chocolate!

It is hard to believe that pork rinds make sweet and delicious churros!  This is a must try to help curb your sweet tooth, they are so simple and tasty!
