Total Time: 35 mins (if you've made the bread ahead of time)

Serves: depends

Per serving: 20 calories, 1.5 g protein, 1 g carbohydrates, 1 g fat

Ingredients

Dr. Berg's Bread - see recipe

Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon or enough to crostinis

Salt and Pepper

 

Directions:

Use Dr. Berg's Bread recipe.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Cut bread on a diagonal bias or straight.  Lay them flat on a baking mat, parchment paper, or roasting rack.

Coat the tops of the crostinis with olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Bake for 10-15 minutes or until they get crispy and edges are golden brown.

Top with hummus, avocados, or cheese!!!!

Use Dr. Berg's Bread recipe to make these awesome crostinis.  They are also vegan-friendly -  use toppings of your choice based on you: hummus, avocado, melted bried cheese.
