Nobody likes to feel old, so let’s talk about how to feel young again.
Feeling old can be represented as:
• Stiff joints
• Achy muscles
• Inflammation in the joints
• Brain fog
• Lowered mood
• Malaise
• Post-exertional malaise
• Fatigue
• Poor sleep
Your diet is behind many of these problems, and a great first step is getting on a Healthy Keto diet and intermittent fasting plan. But, there is another significant cause behind these issues that’s really common.
This hidden cause is a latent virus. A latent virus is a virus that you were infected with once, but it’s not currently producing any symptoms. This virus can be reactivated and manifested as any of the symptoms listed above.
Common latent viruses:
• Herpes simplex
• Varicella zoster
• EBV
• CMV
• HIV
• Hepatitis
Latent viruses can go deep in your cells, waiting to be triggered. The number one trigger of latent viruses is stress.
Stress can reactivate a virus, which creates an immune response, not a full-blown infection, that can make you feel old.
The first and most crucial step is identifying what is causing your stress and doing whatever you can to improve that situation.
You can try other remedies to target these viruses and help yourself feel more youthful again. But, keep in mind that these remedies won’t work if you don’t lower your stress and correct your diet.
