The Best Time To Eat To Lose Weight
The information today on the best time to eat to lose weight is based on a technique called intermittent fasting. This is when you go for a long period of time without eating. Intermittent fasting fixes the condition called Fat Storing Hormone resistance, and I’ll explain further below.
In this article:
Everything You Need to Know About the Best Time to Eat to Lose Weight
What Is Fat Storing Hormone Resistance?
Fat Storing Hormone resistance occurs when your body’s Fat Storing Hormone levels are too high, but the Fat Storing Hormone isn’t working the right way. This means the Fat Storing Hormone won’t get into the cells. Because of the high levels of Fat Storing Hormone remaining outside the cells, you don’t lose weight. If you have belly fat, you have too much Fat Storing Hormone. To correct it, you do intermittent fasting.
Do You Lose Muscle Mass with Intermittent Fasting?
When you do intermittent fasting, you eat two meals, three meals, or one meal a day depending on your IF method. As for the time to eat, that can depend on your preference, especially if you’ve been doing IF for a while now.
Do not worry about losing your muscles when doing intermittent fasting because you won’t lose them. This method protects the proteins in the muscles. In fact, it’s a good way to increase your body’s production of growth hormone and testosterone—both of which are fat-burning hormones that also help build muscles.
What’s the Goal of Intermittent Fasting?
Most people can’t eat two meals a day immediately and have to start out with three meals a day. The goal is to switch to two meals a day, eating only lunch and dinner, if you really want to lose some serious weight. If you have Fat Storing Hormone resistance, it’s going to be hard to go without eating because your blood sugar levels are all messed up.
Is It Difficult to Get Adjusted to This Method?
It might take a couple of weeks or even a month to get into this routine. Start the process with three meals a day, including breakfast. Once you get used to the idea of no snacking, don’t eat breakfast and just have two meals a day. For students trying to lose weight, they can also start with three meals a day and then gradually transition to two meals. Skip breakfast before going to school and start eating at lunchtime.
Ideally, the best time to eat carbs, protein, and fat is at 11:30 am and then again at 5 pm. If you can’t do this, the best time to eat dinner is at 4:30 pm. The goal is to be very satisfied when you eat at 11:30 am. Don’t just eat a small amount of food. Eat a good, solid meal of protein, greens, and some healthy fat. Drink plenty of water to get loads of vitamins and minerals.
Don’t go low-fat because this variant messes up everything. You want to adjust the fats, so you feel satisfied, and you can go from breakfast to the second meal without feeling hungry. If you can’t, it means you have to bump up your fat intake.
You may feel hungry at 5 pm, but if you are ravenous with blood sugar issues, you have to go back to three meals a day. This just means you haven’t graduated to two meals yet. If you’re doing it right, your stomach is going to be less bloated, you won’t get acid reflux, and you can sleep better.
You’ll feel your stomach is shrinking and coming down in size. Congratulations! You’re burning off that belly fat. This is the best way to lose your belly fat because you are restoring your Fat Storing Hormone levels. At night, do the same thing you did in the late morning – eat proteins, greens or vegetables, and fat in your diet at 5 pm until you are very satisfied and can last until the morning.

Will I Be Starving Myself?
No, you won’t because the average body has a lot of reserve fat to live off. You’re basically living off fat between the first meal and the second meal. The goal is to switch what you’re burning. When you’re eating, you’re burning off the calories. When you’re not eating, you are switching over to burning off your own body fat.
Fat Storing Hormone controls that whole switch. The more you get used to this method, the more you can do it easily. It takes a while to graduate into it, so be patient.
The Biggest Hurdle to Success
I think the biggest problem people have is they have bad eating habits, like snacking on foods when they get home from work, or worse, snacking in between meals. You have to break the habit of eating frequently and mindless eating and switch to my recommended best time to eat in a day. There are huge bodybuilders I know who eat only once or twice a day. There are skinny people who eat five meals a day, and they end up having problems down the road. The key is to stop eating frequently to achieve greater fat loss.
Intermittent fasting is also going to save you a lot of money because you’re not buying as much food. You’re also going to feel a lot healthier. Your brain and cognitive function will be better and so are all the other health problems connected to this.
How to Determine the Best Time to Eat to Lose Weight
If you’re new to intermittent fasting, start off with three meals a day without a snack in between. Then graduate to two meals a day until you reach your goal. You can decide if you want to change back to three meals a day or stay at two. It really depends on a couple of factors:
Your age: If you are younger, you probably need three meals a day.
Your exercise or workout level: If you’re exercising like crazy, you need three meals a day. But, a lot of people who are exercising still only need two meals a day, and they still feel incredible.
Once you get into fat-burning mode, your body will have a hard time going back to running on sugar because you’re basically tapping into your own fuel sources when you use intermittent fasting.
Your Body Loves Burning Fat!
By the way, burning fat or ketosis was the original way our bodies worked hundreds to thousands of years ago. It wasn’t until the last century that we ran our body on sugar.
It’s a very natural thing for our body to run on fat. Our body likes to burn fat, but we have to practice intermittent fasting to be able to do this. From now on, mealtimes are at 11:30 am and 5 pm.
To help you follow the best time to eat every day, you need intermittent fasting as your guide. The goal of the program is to allow your body to burn fat instead of sugar, so you can lose weight successfully and experience the program's health benefits. Go ahead and try this, and see the best results yourself!
